General Accountant /Finance Department Head (Filipina)

Glamour International Turnkey Projects Contracting is currently in need of a General Accountant/ Finance Department Head.

Job Role:
• Maintains accounting records.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Performing all accounting process from data gathering to ledger posting.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Entering payroll information (WPS) and maintaining payroll files. Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and cash advance deductions.
• Processing of employee’s leave salary, end of service, Air Ticket and bonus.
• Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Project Position.
• Managing/Reviewing aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Checking of accruals , prepayments and provisions
• Prepare accounting adjustment forms
• Tracking / Checking Petty Cash Balances
• Checking of Invoices, Delivery Notes , Purchase Orders, Landed Cost , Petty Cash Bills prepared by the Accountants.
• Checking of incoming contracts and LPO received from the clients related to Payment Terms.
• Checking and reviewing the journal entries posted by the accountants.
• Checking and reviewing Timesheets.
• Preparing tax reports for FTA (Quarterly Basis)
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis
• Collate bank statement on monthly basis.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
2. At least 5 years experience with accounting/finance
3. Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
4. Can be able to multi-task, flexible, can work under pressure
5. With good leadership skills
6. 28 – 35 years old
7. Preferably Filipina
