Executive Chef – Juba – South Sudan

Description

1. A bachelor in culinary Arts from an accredited U.S. or European culinary institution
2. a minimum of five years of experience in an executive chef position within the last seven years;
3. at least three years of experience implementing food safety and sanitation regulations;
4. at least three years of experience providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff within the last seven years;
5. fluency in spoken and written English; and
6. Experience in monitoring inventory and supply chain management.
