ACCL International is looking for a Cook/Chef/waiter to prepare high-quality dishes and dignitaries in Kabul, Afghanistan. Requirements; Minimum 2-5 years’ work experience as a Cook/Chef, Must hold ServSafe certification, Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment, Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques, Leadership skills, Ability to remain calm and undertake multiple tasks, Excellent time management abilities, Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes, Familiarity with sanitary regulations, Culinary school diploma preferred. Additional requirements; Bilingual or multilingual preferred, including highly proficient in spoken and written English, Previous work experience relating to US Government contracts in Afghanistan or Iraq would be an advantage, Must possess passport book and not passport card with at least six months validity.
