Description

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and order fulfillment.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
