Job responsibilities as below,

Supervise and manage the stores designated to you which are the Raw Material Store, and Equipment Store

Supervise respective team members, whilst ensuring that proper job descriptions and task checklist is given to each team member.

Follow the set policies & procedures for Receiving & issuing products.

Establish and maintain at all times accurate stock on hand reports, whereby physical and system counts tally at all times.

Ensure proper labeling, ailing, and storing of all products within designated stores.

Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for all stores, in order to ensure that stocks are available at all times for the consumer market as well as for production, based on sales and production forecasts.

Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system.

Ensure proper system is followed for all “Goods Returns”.

Review daily stock levels of raw material and prepare store purchase requisitions.

Generate monthly aging report / import planner/ slow moving item reports.

Perform any task or report set out by Logistics Director as required by the company and operation needs.
