Warehouse Manager / Stores Manager

Description

To independently manage a 10,000 sqm Warehouse with 30,000-line items.
Leading a multi-ethnic team of 25+ persons form diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
Proper planning and monitoring of incoming goods, inspection, stocking, picking and packing of orders.
Getting 100s of orders packed intime to meet customer deadlines.
Maintain inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling variances with ERP system.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space properly by following 5S techniques.
Providing annual budget estimates, monitoring expenditure, identifying areas of improvement, implementing corrective actions
Secure warehouse by turning alarms on and testing systems.
Accomplish warehouse human resources objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, planning, monitoring, appraising, adhering to policies and procedures.
Achieving department KPIs and meeting ESG commitments and objectives of the company

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with very good English communications skills
Computer literate with min. 3 years of experience of working on ERP.
Relevant experience of min 10 years in managing a large industrial warehouse
Demonstrated ability to handle a large industrial products warehouse.
Demonstrated ability to handle a multi-ethnic team form diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
