Plumber Cum Driver

Job Responsibilities:

•Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
•Drive the team to and from site based on schedules provided by management. Most works will be completed in Dubai, however sometimes you will be expected to drive to all Emirates.
•Work together with a team of specialist technicians (HVAC, Electrician, masonry) helping each other in each field.
•Follow building plans and blueprints.
•Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
•Perform routine PPM’s of plumbing and drainage systems as well as assisting with A/C and electrical works.
•Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
•Collect prices for materials required on repair works and estimate length of time of jobs.
•Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
•Prepare service reports after each job.

Job Details:
•Probationary period of 3 months.
•Driver license must be a manual vehicle.
•Overtime will be paid as required.
•Qualifications; diploma/ITI in plumbing (other qualifications of a similar level will be accepted).
•English Reading, writing and speaking is a must.
•Applicant should be ready to join immediately/within 1 month.
