As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
Process payments and issue receipts

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction
Team player with effective multitasking abilities
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old
