Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent customer service in our Dubai-based restaurant or hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve orders promptly and ensure proper table settings.
Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
