Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints professionally.
Set up and clean tables, ensuring a neat and organized dining area.
Assist in processing payments and issuing receipts.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.
