We are Looking Staff For Our Restaurant’s a Waiter or Waitress, you play a key role in providing excellent customer service in a dining establishment. Your responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
Offer recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Take accurate orders and convey them to the kitchen staff.
Order Fulfillment:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure orders are accurately prepared and presented.
Table Maintenance:

Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Clear tables and clean them after guests leave.
Communication:

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members.
Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Upselling:

Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
Promote daily specials and promotions.
Payment Processing:

Present checks to customers and process payments.
Handle cash and provide accurate change.
Customer Satisfaction:

Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction with their dining experience.
Knowledge of Menu:

Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Be able to answer customer questions about the menu.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Work closely with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
Adherence to Policies:

Follow all health and safety regulations.
Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not always required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Positive and friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for processing payments.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods.
