We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visa Consultant. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in navigating the visa application process, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding visa application procedures, requirements, and eligibility criteria for various countries.
Assess clients’ needs and circumstances to recommend the most suitable visa options.
Assist clients in completing visa application forms and gathering necessary documentation.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures for different countries.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to obtain information and updates on visa applications.
Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, provide updates on application statuses, and address inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application details.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
