Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
Coordinate and oversee VIP services, including reservations, special requests, and personalized arrangements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of VIP services.
Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by VIP clients with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to VIP clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in VIP services, concierge, or customer relations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
