Position: Valet Parking Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle guest vehicles with care, ensuring the safety of the vehicle and its contents.
Provide assistance with luggage and other items as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
Manage and maintain valet tickets and record details of guest vehicle movements.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with directing traffic and ensuring smooth operations at the front entrance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when operating vehicles.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is preferred but not required.
