** Job Description :-

1) 3-5 of experience in managing sales in a trading environment.
2) Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
3) Good organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
4) Superb leadership quality.
5) Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach.
6) Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
7) Manage the sales team, set objectives/targets based on the customer-wise sales history/buying capacity and product-wise movement, train and coach the sales team, and monitor their performance.
8) Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
