** Job Title : HVAC Technician

** Qualification : ITI/Diploma

** Experience :

* Should have minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management / Building Maintenance Project. (Gulf experience Must)
* Responsible for the preventative maintenance of all the refrigerating, AC equipment of the office buildings.
* Handles general routing, cleaning and maintenance programs according to schedule.
* Ensures smooth operation of all refrigeration and AC equipment, and performs repairs as requested by other departments concerning the same.
* Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
