JOB PROFILE: General Ledger, Payroll Processing through WPS, Reconciliation of Customers’ and Suppliers’ accounts ,Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement , Payment Process(Supplier’s Account) Prepare sales invoices and also deals with customer claims and their reconciliation, Deals with purchases, stocks and vendors Handle daily cash payments and cash receipts , Knowledge of VAT filing & Return ,Follow up For Receivable , monthly Trial Balance Trading, profit and loss account and Balance Sheet Preparation , Maintaining Files to support Payment and receipts. Ageing Report, Handling Petty cash etc.Handling Independently strength of 100 plus employees. Good Relation with Customers ,Arrange daily cash collection to deposit bank,Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws Immigration,Keeping record of company vehicles record New visa processing and renewal for employees
