Mechanical Engineer, with a perfect background in contacting & construction firm in UAE looking for a suitable position1) Designing & Drafting of Mechanical Systems by Carried out Heat load calculations by using Carrier’s HAP software and E-20 form (ASHRAE Standard) & Preparation of HVAC shop drawings in consideration with contract and relevant codes.2) Skilled in preparation and checking of duct, chiller pipe, plumbing and co-ordination layouts and correlate with other departments so as to avoid any conflicts. 3) Selection of HVAC equipment for commercial applications such as Package Unit, Ductable Split Unit, Decorative units, Ecology Units, Exhaust Fans etc.4) Designing of air distribution duct system including selection of grills and diffusers as per standards(SMACNA).5) Expertise in preparation and submission of tenders including quantity estimation and preparation of final BOQ as per the tender requirements.6) Negotiation of the pricing after the consultant meeting with taking suitable steps like value engineering.7) Execute the project, Co-ordinate with Consultants, Contractors & Suppliers.8) Prepare Estimation and BOQ for the new projects as per the most perfect requirements.9) Prepare the designs of the projects as per the requirement of the consultant with minimum time10) Assisting & Coordinating Maintenance planning section head in the overall issues of planning scheduling and controlling the maintenance activities of different sections of technical and engineering division.11) Prepare and submit technical submittals for each material to be used in the site,in compliance with the client specification, from the data provided by the Supplier / manufacturer
