TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR

We are a 30 year old trading company, collecting and exporting recovered fibre

We are urgently looking for a dynamic Transport Supervisor who will assist in handling a fleet of 60 vehicles, consist of pick up, trucks and saloon cars:

– Monitor transport costs
– Obtain and maintain vehicle license and registrations
– Monitor proper use of fuel cards
-Schedule and monitor repair and maintenance of the vehicles
– Negotiate prices with new and existing suppliers for spare parts, tyres, etc
– Review driver work and regular inspection of vehicles
-Maintain a vehicle log that shows a list of all company vehicles, costs, mileage and other related information
– Assist in hiring drivers
