Training / Development SpecialistGeneral Location: Abu Dhabi Occupancy: full time • Organizing in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises. Main responsibilities include supporting the development and maintenance of the training programs. They are also in charge of monitoring training methods • Developing, writing and publishing company-specific training materials to facilitate goals and assist salespeople. To demonstrate the success of these procedures, you will also be expected to collect and interpret data regarding training processes and salespeople’s performance • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirements Experience: 3 years Bachelor degree • Proven work experience as a TRAINER / LECTURER / SALES • Experience in a sales position is a plus • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms • Excellent organizational skills • Solid communication and presentation abilities • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field • Additional certification in training is a plus • Presentation Skills • Client Relationships, • Emphasizing Excellence, • Energy Level • Negotiation • Prospecting Skills • Meeting Sales Goals • Creativity • Sales Planning • Independence • Motivation for SalesProvisions Salary: to be discussed Employment visa provided Medical insurance providedPOST YOUR CV: [email protected]
