Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with ticket reservations and travel inquiries.
Provide detailed information on travel options, schedules, and fare details.
Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and changes accurately.
Ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions.
Stay updated with airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a ticket reservation agent or in a similar role.
Proficiency in reservation systems and computer applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
