Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide information about our fertilizer and pesticide products.
Assist customers with basic inquiries, such as product availability, pricing, and general usage guidelines.
Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.
Learn about our product range to confidently offer recommendations based on customer needs.

Requirements:

No previous experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
A willingness to learn about fertilizers, pesticides, and the agricultural industry.
Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
