Description

We seeking experienced Tele Sales professionals to join our dynamic real estate brokerage company based in Dubai. As a Tele Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our extensive portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our company’s services and offering them suitable property options based on their requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about available properties, rental rates, and sales opportunities.
Guide clients through the property listing process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the required documentation, such as Contract A, Contract B, Contract F (MOU), A2A, Tenancy Contract, Ejari, and other relevant agreements.
Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and appointments, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to identify potential opportunities, align strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in the Dubai real estate market to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities using CRM software or other designated tool
