I am in Dubai on visit visa and looking for a Career opportunity having more than 5 year field experience .Skills And Responsibilities: -Overall responsible for all the BSS/BTS related activities within the circle. -Diagnoses, troubleshoots and carry out routine maintenance of various BSS network elements. -Carrying out maintenance and software up-gradation activities for BSC. -Ensures that corrective and preventive maintenance is performed and completed for all applicable equipment under stated responsibility -Promptly addresses to the customer’s complaint, providing/taking effective resolving actions. -Undertakes spares management in the defined area of operations -Provides responses and technical answers to other team members regarding issues, workarounds and bug fixes -Day to day alarm handling and fault rectification. Root cause identification and eradication. -Rectifies issues pertaining to call drops and path balance thereby improving the quality of Network. -Carries out site expansions and configuration changes to increase network traffic load capacity, if required.Phone : 0509583287
