Description

5+ years of experience with Acid batteries.
Understanding of different types of battery technologies, their performance, and characteristics
Experience in developing specifications and requirements for battery modules and packs/racks
Experience in developing battery modules and packs/racks by working with mechanical, thermal, electrical, FW/SW, and testing engineers.
Experience with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
Customer-focused with good relationship building and communication skills.
Battery product development experience
Experience in project planning and tracking.
Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrated excellence in analytic, strategic and critical thinking
Problem solving
Skilled at influencing without authority.
Being able to “think out of the box”
Systems thinking with outstanding collaborative skills
Excellent negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive issue resolution with speed
