Responsibilities:
Instruction and Lesson Planning:
Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Delivering engaging and effective English lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning.
Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Assessing students’ language skills through quizzes, tests, and assignments.
Providing regular feedback on student performance and progress.
Preparing and grading exams, essays, and other assessments.
Classroom Management:
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Managing student behavior and addressing any issues that arise.
Encouraging student participation and maintaining high levels of engagement.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine the English language curriculum.
Incorporating cultural and contextual elements relevant to the UAE into lessons.
Integrating technology and multimedia resources to enhance instruction.
Professional Development:
Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English language teaching.
Attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions as required by the school or institution.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participating in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to support student learning and school initiatives.
Administrative Duties:
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Preparing reports and documentation as required by the school or educational institution.
Adhering to school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (required).
A teaching certification or qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) (preferred).
Experience:
Previous experience teaching English, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
Experience working with students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of English language and grammar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English (required).
