Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate supply chain activities to meet company goals
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize processes
Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Resolve issues and discrepancies in the supply chain process
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
