Job Title: Supervisor/ Duty ManagerThe ideal candidate will provide the right leadership skills to create a world-class experience for our customers and deliver positive financial results. They will create a positive and motivating working environment for the team to strive and do their best work everyday.Responsibilities: • Manage the center’s day to day operations • Delegate tasks to the right employees • Consolidate and prepare daily reports • Ensure the center’s facilities and equipments are properly maintained • Manage day to day performance of the staff • Supervise the booking process and group events • Manage staff performance and any issues/disputes • Deliver excellent customer service experience • Report to management with useful feedback to constantly improve the business • Oversee the safety & hygiene standards of the centerFacilities under the supervisor’s responsibility: • 16-lane bowling alley • Arcade & Party Hall • Trampoline Playground • Restaurant (in coordination with F&B Manager & Chef)Requirements: • Must have 3+ years previous experience in supervisor/team leader role • Preferably 3+ years in entertainment or bowling industry • Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus • Must be excellent in Customer service • Must be proficient in E-mail and Microsoft OfficeSalary range: 5-6KInterested applicants may send their CV’s along with latest photograph on email: [email protected] and please mention mail subject Supervisor/ Duty Manager.
