RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff Management
Team Supervision: Overseeing the daily activities of store employees, including assigning tasks and managing schedules.
Training: Onboarding new staff and providing ongoing training to ensure employees are knowledgeable about products and procedures.
Performance Management: Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues or conflicts.
Customer Service
Customer Assistance: Ensuring high levels of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with returns and exchanges.
Sales Goals: Encouraging and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Store Operations
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed according to store standards.
Merchandising: Overseeing product displays, promotions, and visual merchandising to enhance the store’s appeal and drive sales.
Cash Handling: Managing cash registers, handling transactions, and ensuring accuracy in cash management and reconciliation.
