Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming stock
Organize and store materials, equipment, and supplies in designated locations
Keep accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and deliveries
Issue stock to departments or customers as requested, ensuring proper documentation
Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and report discrepancies
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storage area
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in handling and storing goods
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate deliveries and stock movements

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock records
Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous experience in a warehouse or store environment is a plus but not required
