Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and aisles.
Stock and replenish merchandise according to established guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
