Description

– Review and prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation details for stone cladding.
– Supervise and manage site installation activities of stone cladding systems.
– Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractors for design approvals and site instructions.
– Conduct site inspections to ensure proper fixing techniques and quality control.
– Verify material specifications and ensure proper storage and handling on site.
– Plan manpower and resource requirements for cladding activities.
– Address technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution.
– Monitor progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk assessments.
– Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation of work progress and site conditions.
