Taking direction from Senior Producer.
Delivering the Morning show in a distinctive style that will attract and retain viewers with a voice quality that is authoritative yet conversational using Modern Standard Arabic.
Arriving in the newsroom in plenty of time to be prepared for the show as per the instruction of the Senior Producer.
Introducing stories and report information to the audience.
Assisting Senior Producer in reviewing all scripts for the show.
Determining show topics and content in coordination with the Senior Producer.
Booking guests for the show in coordination with the Senior Producer and MBN Interview Desk.
Conducting interviews, taped or live.
Rehearsing shows in consultation with the production team.
Maintaining composure while on air.
Performing under pressure and tight deadlines.
Maintaining knowledge of international and U.S. news events.
Adhering at all times to MBN’s Code of Journalistic Ethics.
Adhering to MBN style and dress code at all times while on air.
Making sure that attire and look is approved by the supervisor before appearing on air
