Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for managing their service experience from start to finish. You will liaise between customers and the mechanics, ensuring all service and repair needs are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries, providing them with accurate information about available services and repairs.
Schedule appointments and manage the service booking system.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, estimated costs, and timeline for repairs.
Prepare and provide service estimates and invoices.
Manage customer complaints or concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure the correct completion of services and repairs.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and service procedures.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
