Description

Research the market and trends including Competition to develop a Range to suit the individuals Segment.
Research Group Sales channels to ensure the products are listed correctly, priced correctly and Marketed Correctly.
Work With the SC Team to ensure stock Available at all sites and branches.
Work With sales Team to understand Sales trends and Profitability and Customer Demands
Work With Marketing team to promote, penetrate and re-activate products to customers.
Work With the Buyers to Source and Negotiate Supply Chain
Actively Source Manufacturers, importers, wholesalers for your own segments
· Develop and implement segmentation strategies to categorize frozen and chilled food products based on cuisine, ingredients, and price range, among other factors, for the UK market.

· Work closely with the sales team to identify popular products and emerging trends in the industry and use this information to inform segmentation strategies.

· Manage the catalog of products, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate and that new products are added in a timely manner.

· Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.

· Work with the marketing team to create product descriptions and marketing materials that accurately reflect the products in the catalog.

· Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the catalog is properly integrated into the company’s technology platforms.

· Analyze sales data to identify areas where segmentation and cataloging can be improved, and make recommendations for changes.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer behavior in the UK, and adjust segmentation and cataloging strategies accordingly.
