Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking vigilant and experienced individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and enforcing security protocols.

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or other security threats.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify and respond to suspicious activities or emergencies.
Control access to the premises by verifying identification and credentials of visitors, employees, and vendors.
Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are properly secured.
Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, investigating disturbances and taking appropriate action as needed.
Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, including observations, interventions, and resolutions.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to handle security incidents or emergencies.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and requests.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
Security Guard license/certification as required by state regulations.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
