Job Description:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.

Responsibilities:

Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
Monitor and control access at hotel entrances and exits.
Conduct security checks of all hotel areas and report any irregularities.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and provide assistance as needed.
Oversee the security of the parking area and manage traffic flow.
Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras.
Assist in the enforcement of hotel policies and procedures.
Provide directions and assistance to guests and visitors.
Prepare and submit security reports and daily activity logs.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related position, preferably in a hotel setting.
Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as patrolling and standing for long periods.
Valid security guard license or certification is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
