Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and assisting visitors or employees as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with security industry trends, practices, and technologies.
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
