Job Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, employees, and visitors. This role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, and responding to security threats or emergencies while following company and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Control access to buildings and facilities by checking identification and authorizing entry.
Respond to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations promptly.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security equipment to identify and prevent threats.
Conduct routine security checks on doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are locked and secure.
Write reports on security incidents, daily activities, and any irregular occurrences.
Assist employees and visitors by providing information and guidance when necessary.
Work closely with law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by law).
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
Good physical condition and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures is an advantage.
