Job Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to security incidents. This role requires vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to handle emergencies professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
Inspect buildings, doors, and windows to ensure they are secure.
Control access to the premises by verifying identification and granting entry to authorized personnel.
Respond to alarms and security breaches and take appropriate action.
Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security incidents to management or law enforcement.
Assist employees and visitors by providing directions and security-related information.
Maintain security logs, incident reports, and other records.
Follow company security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage but not required.
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by law).
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
