Job Description:

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, protecting property, and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises regularly to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Monitor and control access to the building, including checking identification and issuing visitor passes.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities and take appropriate action.
Operate surveillance equipment, including cameras and alarm systems, and review footage as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards.
Report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches to the supervisor and complete necessary documentation.
Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Provide assistance and information to visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Ensure that security equipment and systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and ability to perform patrolling and monitoring duties.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
