Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
2. Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain calendars for executives or office staff.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
3. Office Management:
Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
Ensure a well-organized and professional office environment.
4. Customer & Employee Support:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide support for office operations and team coordination.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance:
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Assist with document preparation, contracts, and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle office tasks efficiently.
