Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges or passes.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, packages).
Prepare memos, reports, and other documents as requested.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Office Coordination:
Order and manage office supplies and stationery.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or guests.
Communication & Liaison:
Liaise with other departments to provide administrative support.
Relay information promptly and accurately to the appropriate parties
