We are currently seeking a responsible and caring School Bus Attendant to join our transportation team. Position: School Bus Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist students in boarding and exiting the school bus safely.
Ensure that all students are seated and properly secured before the bus begins its route.
Monitor student behavior on the bus and enforce safety rules and procedures.
Provide assistance to students with special needs, ensuring they are comfortable and secure during the ride.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment on the bus.
Communicate effectively with the bus driver, teachers, and school administration regarding any concerns or incidents.
Help with the safe loading and unloading of students at pick-up and drop-off locations.
Keep accurate records of attendance and report any issues to school officials.
Provide basic first aid as needed in case of emergencies.
Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Ability to maintain order and manage behavior in a positive and respectful manner.
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification is a plus).
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work early mornings and afternoons, as well as occasional evenings for school events.
