Position: Salon and/or Spa Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for the successful operations of hair, beauty, and spa salons. Responsible for both profit and customer satisfaction; lead their teams of salon and spa staff to provide excellent services; maximize profit and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Overall managing of Spa Operations/ Staff Management/ Marketing/ Staff Training / MIS reporting of financial aspects of the spa
• Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line.
• Develop procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring.
• Implement full product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
• Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability
• Manage the business performance and ensure achieving targeted revenue. Identify sales and services.
• Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
• Develop Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent Brand identity.
• Building client database and developing a client’s loyalty program.
• Managing the recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Prepares daily sales report.
• Perform Staff Evaluation Reports with proposed action plans.
• Distributing the work to the salon teams, siting the roasters, and managing the staff attendance and leaves.
• Add new brands, product lines and services to our portfolio.
• 5 to 10 Years work experience as Salon and/or Spa Manager
Required Language Skills
English – Fluent
