Sales Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Explain features, benefits, and terms of various banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards) to customers.
Cross-sell banking products to meet customers’ financial needs and goals.
Process customer applications for banking services and ensure all required documents are collected.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
