Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Present and explain our products or services to potential clients.
Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
Persuade and close sales by showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the computer & CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop sales strategies.
Stay informed about product/services knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Cleaning company Experience is a plus
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and persistence in making sales calls.
Proficiency in using Computers or tele sales tools.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
