Job description:

Identify sales lead enquiries and orders, input into the database, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Coordinate with estimation and technical departments to ensure sales inquiries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Responsible for the creation of quotations, order confirmations, proforma invoices, etc.
Following up on the sent-out quotations and awarded projects until the completion of the project, handling customer queries and dealing with any service delivery delays efficiently.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering the emails and handling orders by phone.
Other duties as assigned by the technical and estimation team.
