Job Description:
We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales Associates. Sales Associates play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and contributing to the overall success of our hypermarket.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and replenish product displays.
Assist in the arrangement of promotional displays.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Basic math skills for processing transactions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
