Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect clothing items. Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding clothing items.
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and offering style advice.
Assist customers with trying on clothes and provide recommendations.
Process customer purchases at the cash register and handle payments.
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and clothing collections.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Follow store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and an understanding of clothing styles and trends.
Effective communication and active listening abilities.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to learn and follow store guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent.
